TASSEL MAKING WORKSHOP

Fidelis Fenno’s love of needlework from an early age helped her to fulfill a dream of owning her own shop: B.F. Goodstitch , Salem MA.
Fidelis has taken classes at The Royal School, in London. One of her specialties is making the exquisite and elaborate tassels that are on display at B.F. Goodstitch. Fidelis has also had her needlework on display at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art, New York)

Tanja Berlin is an embroidery designer and teacher based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

In 1990 Tanja took the three year apprenticeship course in hand embroidery at the Royal School of Needlework. In 1993 Tanja became a member of the RSN workroom and worked on embroidery commissions, restoration and conservation.

Since 1998 Tanja has been designing and teaching hand embroidery throughout Canada and Internationally.

Tanja has contributed embroidery articles to the Inspirations Embroidery Magazines, A-Z of Thread Painting and the A-Z of Goldwork. Her particular interest lie in blackwork, goldwork, needle painting, two-sided embroidery, Jacobean and whitework.

Tanja maintains her own website which features her designs and related products. Her classes are always fully booked at seminars. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to learn from Tanya.
